EMG - Remote Sensing
Remote sensing is the small or large-scale acquisition of information of an object or phenomenon, by the use of either recording or real-time sensing device(s) that are wireless, or not in physical or intimate contact with the object
A single pass of the "MIDAS"
(Multi-spectral Image Data Aquisition System) provides a wealth of information.

The aerial image on the left shows the transition from conventional "eye sight" to several bands of Infrared.

For sample purposes we have slowed the transition for understanding the process.

Note that you can acually see the existance of pipelines, a septic tank and even the health of the vegitation within the image data.

A pictorial description of Multi-spectrum Imaging.  The MIDAS (Multi-spectral Imaging Data Acquisition System) technology is based on very sophisticated  equipment and computers to allow us to "See" well beyond human capability.
